Key Roles and Responsbility :
- For Shift Officer (Production):
- To handle Milk processing / packaging complying SOP of Amul Dairy.
- To coordinate with all shift officers of copackers to ensure timely
completion of milk processing/packing as per stipulated parameter of
Amul Dairy. - Daily reconciliation of TS , checking polyflim yield and physical
verification of stocks. - Inventory management
- To ensure timely completion of processing and packing operation
Complying FSSAI norms. - Effective communication between team members to maintain Team
bonding. - Meeting with internal & external customers periodically.
- Knowledge on Microsoft Excel , Microsoft word & SAP, HACCP, & ISO-
22000 - Day to day communication with GCMMF regarding final market demand.
- For Area In Charge (Milk Procurement):
- Survey of new procurement area
- Formation of MPWA and BMC site finalization
- Arrangements of cost effective transportation maintaining all legal
documents at MPWA & BMC level - Increase of milk procurement ensuring Clean Milk production
- Interaction with milk farmers & attending FAP
- Audit of BMC and MPWA
- Maintaining QA standard /SOP at all level of operation
- Coordination / proper communication and implementation of digital
system at field.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor or Master in Dairy Technologists from reputed institution.
- Age: Not Mention In Notification.
- Candidate DOB Between :
- You Can Get an Extra Age Benefit As Per Govt Rules.
Experience :
- 2 – 3 years experience in Production Or Milk Procurement activities in large /dairy organization.
